What this costs
InterQB-it™ is one instrument with two levels of support. You can use it on your own, or with your team and a facilitator.
On your own · free
The instrument is free. It asks for no sign-up and no account. You work through it once, and you finish with an answer to one question: of everything that is wrong here, which part do I work on first? You also finish with the reason. The picture on the screen is built from your own answers, so when a colleague asks why you would start there, you can show them how you got there rather than assert it.
With your team · £4,500 + VAT
Each member of your team works through the same instrument on the same organisation, separately. The facilitated review starts from the points where your pictures differ, because that is where the work is. Daniel Steenstra runs it with you. Your team finishes with a written record of what the review found.
